Johnnie Oddball's First National Film Challenge took off in August. With over 600 entries it was the largest film competition ever launched in the UK. Watch the overall winner (and two runners-up) here. Plus, we talk to Oddball about the experience of running this year's event.
This year's challenge took place in London, Manchester, Bristol and Edinburgh. Regional judging panels in each of the four centres put forward a winner and two runners up to be judged by a panel of film industry big-wigs.
Here are the three films they judged to be the best overall.

For those who weren't there, can't remember or just didn't know, Oddball
launced the first ever 48 Hour Film Challenge over the internet last year in
response to what he perceived to be the pitifully apathetic state of the UK
