If you win a prize, as a condition to receipt of that prize, you may be required to sign a release form (in Channel 4's then current standard form) in connection with the prize-winning submission.

27. In consideration of Channel 4 agreeing to consider entrants to the Competition, each entrant hereby agrees that Channel 4 (and third parties authorised by Channel 4) may make any and all Entries available on the website and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, which may include other internet sites, mobile, television and/or radio and that Entries may be made available with advertising and/or sponsorship. You now grant Channel 4 (and third parties authorised by Channel 4) a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence (for the full period of any rights in the Entry) to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, make derivative works or podcasts from, edit, alter, store, re-format, sell and sub-licence the Entry for such purposes.

28. Channel 4 does not guarantee to use or otherwise make available any Entry. Channel 4 may also, in appropriate circumstances, and at its sole discretion, reject, edit, remove or disable access to Entries that appear to be legally or otherwise problematic e.g. infringe the copyright or other intellectual property or privacy rights of others, are defamatory etc. or for any other reason.

29. Your Entry and any information submitted by you must be personal to and relate specifically to you. You hereby warrant that your Entry and all information which you submit and/or distribute will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or any other rights of any third party, and will not contain anything which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing or threatening. If relevant, Channel 4 reserves the right, but not the obligation, to screen, filter and/or monitor information provided by you and to edit, refuse to distribute or remove the same.

  2. Hello Noel. I have looked for months to find this site, so here goes. I am 60, I live on my own except for my little spaniel, I have a son and a daughter, who have given me 2 and 3 grand children respectively, range from twins at 3 year to my eldest who is 10 1/2. All of them are wonderful in thier own ways. I am an avid watcher of Deal or No Deal, and would love to take part for several reasons. Of course I would like to meet you, but the friendship between the players is just wonderful, and they realy support each other,I would love to be part of that circle. I am a friendly person and there aren't many people I don't get on with, life is too short.I also have emphzemia (don't know if I have spelt that right) and about 2 years ago I had a mild stroke, but I am fine, and don't let illness stop me doing things. It would be nice if I could win some money, to pay off a few bills but mainly to help my family, my children and grand children are my life, so anything I can do to make thier lives easier would be great, plus I don't want them saddled with funeral cost, not that I plan to go anywhere yet. This is the only game show I watch, as I am not realy into much TV, but when this is on I am glued to the TV, and do as I am told in the breaks and get a cup of tea. Please consider me, it would mean the world to me, and also give me a break from being at home. Yes I would love to win 250000, but money isn't everything, taking part and being given a chance is well up on the list, all I ask is PLEASE give me that 1 chance. I don't think you have had anyone from where I live, so that would be a bit different. I do hope you get in touch, Iwasn't sure what to write but anything else you need to know just email me. Dee

  10. Just to let you know, I appreciate having to dial premium rate numbers so very much that I got one for myself. I give it to any lowlife who thinks I'll be impressed by them or their product if they inflict telemarketing on me. It's funny how much more effective than the TPS that can be.

Several years ago we moved to a smaller house and since moving the shortage of space has been a bone of contention between my husband and myself .I would love the opportunity to win enough money to add a conservatory to the house which would give us some extra room. I am a 66yr old mother of 4 with 15 grandchildren (hence the need for extra space)I am a retired nurse but work part time for an agency that cares for carers.

  19. hi,i really want to be on the show because im ultra competitive, i hate losing, i don't believe in it's the 'taking part that counts' everybody takes part because they want to win, my main reason though is because me an my girlfriend are saving for a house,it's going ok but im sure with being on your show i could definetly take a major step to getting on the housing market, i would definetly be a risk taker as i consider myself abit of a gambler,i wouldn't be sayin 'deal' if that 250,000 was stil there no way, hope to hear from you soon, guy.

  20. I follow the show, and love to see the contestants winning small or big amounts that truly change and touch their lives! I have recently had a baby girl, but also have a eleven year old son who really doesn't want to share a bedroom with his little sister and with the current situation we can't afford to move on right now. Also to put the cherry on the cake my partner proposed to me at our daughters christening,of which was amazing but as you can imagine we will be saving till 2030 lol! I would love any amount of money that could move us all on some how, and become one of your wonderful success stories. Kind Regards Jaimie

However I want to go on to your show for one purpose only and that is for a gravestone as the lack of money has distrupted him from having one. We always used to watch this show and comment on if we would deal or no deal in a contestants game. So i would really love to hear back from anyone with information on how i could apply to be on this grounbreaking show. Thank you :)

  29. I have watched Deal or No Deal ever since it has been on. I so much want to take part in the game and feel it would be one of my ambitions completed. I am 62 years old, born in the UK with Cypriot parents. I have four grand children and 3 lovely daughters. Although I would like to win lots of money, I think taking part is more important to me. 4 years ago I had cancer of the lung and I am one of the lucky ones that has survived and am now fully recovered. I think since having cancer, it has made me more appreciated of life and not putting off tomorrow what you can do today. I am happily married to Mick, who is my soul mate, we spend time in Cyprus but most of our time is spent in the UK. I love having fun, meeting people, arranging dinner parties, but I think the most thing I enjoy the most is making people laugh. Although semi retired, I have started up a business with a friend of mine arranging weddings in Cyprus, we have only recently started so as yet have not been as busy as we hoped. I use to be an estate agent selling houses for 11 years, which I really enjoyed, but last December was made redundant. In 1991 Mick and I had a pub in Cyprus for 6 years before returning to the UK, we loved doing Karaoke and basically entertaining our customers, we worked from 8 am until 2 am, but dont think that we would have the energy now. Every one says that if I was lucky enough to be picked for Deal or no Deal, I would give the banker a run for his money, as I do like a gamble. I am keeping my fingers crosed that I get picked and sooooooo look forward to hearing from.

  38. Hiya Noel and work mates, I would like to be on the show as I am an extrovert and think I would give the banker a good run for his money :o) I'm 56 years of age, I've been a miner, Airman, Soldier and Policeman, been about a bit ! I haven't worked for quite a few years now due to health problems and let's be honest... the money would be great ! Good luck to anyone else who gets on if I don't, I try to squeeze all of the shows in, a great laugh. Cheers...... Mike

Now i am finding it hard to get a job due to the recession. I am rather daring so I will definately give the banker a run for his money!

  43. Hi Noel I am a big fan of watching the Deal or No Deal Show. In fact I am addicted. I am currently on maternity leave as I have a 3 month old son so I can't wait for the show to start each day. It's great. I live with my husband and 3 month old son, my husband is a pipefitter which is quite a manual job. He is suffering from quite a bad back at the moment and I worry sometimes that he will not be able to continue as he gets older so it would be nice to be able to win some money to treat ourselves and to put some aside for if that happens and not to worry about paying the mortgage and bills. Thanks very much. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards Paula

  45. Hi Noel. How are you? I would love the chance to appear on deal or no deal as I am both yours and the shows biggest fan. Me and my 3 month old son that is. I am on maternity leave at the moment, but cannot afford to go back to work due to child care issues. I will have to work in tesco at nights me thinks. I have watched so many shows I seem to be able to predict correctly the bankers offers each and every time. It's a gift! This hopefully would give me an advantage. That and the fact that my Dad is a Noel look-a-like. It's spooky! Part of me thinks we may just be related. Please give me the change to win a great start for my family by spanking that banker. Lots of love. Lorna Anne Smith (Edmunds) he he xx

I sent a photo via email and recieved no acknowledgement. I don`t know if I am on the waiting list or if my application has been binned. Some kind of reply would be helpful because the application form has now been removed from this page, meaning I can`t apply again.

  69. I have had a fairly bad run of luck and having lost two husbands and two homes I am now a 65 lonely widow, who has just lost her last two dogs including my fourth basset hound. I haven,t had a holiday since 1975 because I havent left my dogs, but now I would like to become a contestant to have a holiday, and because I am lonely and live only on my pension, so that I can come back and buy a pair of basset hounds and be able to afford to keep them. In 2000 I lost husband, 3 dogs, both parents and home, and was very ill, but dogs kept me going - so could I please be a contestant and hopefully be able to afford two of mens best friends, and my favourite dog the basset hound. I am not too bad looking for my age, did some motor racing and modelling when I was young, was a secretary for HTV in Knightsbridge, fairly intelligent, so wouldn,t be too hard for Noel to deal with, I have very good manners.!!

  87. I agree to your terms and conditions. I would prefer to be a contestant on Deal or No Deal as I enjoy this program immensely for its honesty and comradely atmosphere, which produces light entertainment at its best. I find myself with a lot of spare time at the moment as I was recently made redundant. I used to be a croupier in one of the London casinos and therefore used to being in the spotlight and the centre of entertainment. I enjoy skiing every year where I am well known for my ability to plough a mountainside in seconds with various parts of my body. I also enjoy scuba diving and have parachuted from a plane for charity, an experience that turned a grown man into a child. I enjoy travelling around the world with my beautiful wife, funds permitting, and if I won I would like to take her on a world cruise and spoil her rotten. Best Wishes David.

This is a fair, a genuine, game where people honestly win or lose. I need money to pay my debts, and be debts free. And for every penny I get I will give Ox farm 10% that if I get less than one thousand if I happen to get more I will give more. Debts are killing me.

  108. I would love to be on deal or no deal as i love watching the show when my two children give me the chance. I am currently on matenity leave from work as I have given birth in February to my second baby. If I was lucky to be chosen to be on deal or no deal I would like to use the money to move from our one bedroom 11th floor flat to a bigger home and if lucky enough use some funds to marry my fiance.

  109. I've watched Deal or no Deal as often as I could, but since being off work with a broken wrist I have become addicted and would love to have a go at beating the banker. I am married with four daughters, two are still at university. If I was lucky enough to win I would put the money towards their education. As one of them wants to do a masters, it would be a great help. (Pick me, Pick me).

  110. My name is Nick, I am 40 years old and a builder by trade. I live in North London with my wife and two daughters. I regularly watch Deal Or No Deal with my family at home and find it extremely entertaining. Lately I have had quite a lot of spare time, as the building trade has slowed down considerably. I am going out of my mind! I love my two girls very much and I would like to provide them with a good life. I always make my friends and family laugh as I am the joker of the group and feel I can entertain and make the viewers laugh. Please choose me for the show. Nothing would please me more than to spank that banker and bring back home a nice sum of money. There is so much I could do with the money. I've worked like a dog for most of my life with not much reward. It would be an amazing experience to be a contestant on Deal Or No Deal. Thank you.

  111. I would like to apply to be a contestant on Deal or No Deal as I enjoy the show very much and I also have always liked noel growing up too, he's great for TV nevertheless and often find myself captured in the game as if I were sitting in the seat thinking what I would do going on intuition. I'm 21 years old, lives alone and admittedly, it has been abit of a struggle but then thats life, but being able to be fortunate enough to have a chance of getting on the show and winning a fair amount would mean alot to me as there are many things I would use it for to help me in my life. I like a challenge but I would also play a fair game as greed doesnt get people far as Ive seen on the show also so I would play with my heart and im sure it would be a great heart thumping experience I would never forget.
