After Dark terms and conditions

By submitting your entry and signing the release form you agree to all conditions of entry.
1. By completing this entry form and delivering it to channel4.com/film, the Entrant has applied to enter the film in the 2005 After Dark Short Film Competition in association with Channel 4 Film and accepts that the conditions contained in this entry form create a binding agreement between InBev UK Ltd and the Entrant.
2. Channel 4/InBev UK Ltd may, in its absolute discretion, and without giving reasons, select the Film for the Finalists category selection and Finalist of the Competition. Any prizes awarded are not transferable or replaceable. Any final decision is at the discretion of InBev UK Ltd. No correspondence will be entered into.
3. The Entrant makes the following guarantees to InBev UK Ltd
a) The Film was written and conceived by the Entrant
b) The Film complies with the Guidelines for Entry contained on this entry form
c) The Entrant authorises InBev UK Ltd to use their name in connection with any publicity for the Competition and related competitions, and in undertaking that the contributor will perform publicity appearances for the Competition and related competitions if reasonably requested by InBev UK Ltd. InBev will cover all expenses associated with publicity appearances.
