Epic black comedy-drama set against the backdrop of various Balkan conflicts and spanning six decades. Miki Manojlovic and Lazar Ristovski star as Second World War Yugoslav weapons manufacturers working out of an underground cellar. However, they are not informed when the war is over and continue to make weapons for the following twenty years, believing the war still to be continuing in the outside world.
