"There's a number of reasons why I'm personally such a huge Harrison Ford fan. The primary reason is I grew up with him, as Han Solo, as Indiana Jones, and eventually he played a role in one of my favourite films, which was Mosquito Coast. To see a man carry me though the greatest adventures of my life and then do this amazing role (in Mosquito Coast) and also Witness, he has a bit of everyman, and he's an odd looking guy and yet incredibly handsome, and he just became my favourite movie star."

"He's a genius. There is something about Woody Allen. You go to a Woody Allen movie and it's like being in the company of a friend. There is something incredibly familiar about it. It's like being out at dinner with someone that's funny or that you really like. It's as familiar as that. You sit there and he's going to take you on a journey for a couple of hours. It's the observations. He's just a wonderful film maker."

It's a question of stillness and confidence in his presence at the heart of these films and for me he was a towering movie star, growing up watching him in westerns and cop movies."
