September 6th 2004.

Shaun (Simon Pegg) is in a rut, his life consists of working in a
local electrical store and nights in the local pub with his slobbish
best mate Ed (Nick Frost).
Shaun’s girlfriend Liz (Kate Ashfield) is growing increasingly
frustrated at Shaun’s apathy as well as Ed’s constant presence in
their relationship. But all this will change forever as Shaun becomes
an unlikely hero and leader as he fights to rescue his loved ones, and
not so loved ones; Liz’s friends, Di (Lucy Davis) and David (Dylan
Moran), as London is overcome by hoards of bloodthirsty zombies.
