You and a friend will enjoy an amazing long weekend in the Alps, taking in some of the best off-piste powder that Europe has to offer. After flying to Geneva and taking an incredibly scenic train through some of the most spectacular mountain scenery in the Alps, you’ll reach the small mountain town which will be the base for the duration of the trip. The following day get your boarding legs warmed up by hitting the slopes, which offers some wonderful off piste opportunities.
On the third day of the trip you’ll enjoy an unforgettable private heli-boarding day, where you’ll fly straight up the valley to the summit above and land on a plateau on the glacier. Under the watchful eye of an expert guide, you’ll start the descent, investigating large ice formations and crevasses en route.
The following day you’ll enjoy a leisurely morning breakfast before taking the train back to Geneva and catching your flight to the UK, having enjoyed a truly unique boarding experience.

Terms and Conditions
- The winner and guest must be strong to intermediate snowboarders/skiers with some previous off-piste snowboarding/skiing experience and have a decent level of fitness in order to participate in the heli-boarding day.
- The winner and their guest’s snowboarding/skiing ability and fitness will be tested the morning before the heli experience by the Swiss Ski Safari guide before any off-piste activity to ensure they are of the standard required for the activity (at the guide’s discretion). If the winner and their guests snowboarding/skiing ability and fitness is not up to the required standard the winner and guest will be provided with a scenic helicopter flight and a guided day on piste.
- In the event that the helicopter is not able to fly due to adverse weather conditions the heli-boarding/skiing experience will be replaced with a privately guided off-piste snowboarding day (subject to the winner and their guests snowboarding ability and fitness meeting the required standard as determined by the Swiss Ski Safari guide).
- You must be over 18 to enter this competition.
- Accommodation includes breakfast but no other meals, refreshments or services are included and based on a double or twin room.
- Prizes are as stated, they are non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered. All prizes are subject to availability.
- Both the winner and their guest must have a valid passport with minimum 6 month validity beyond the return date, with at least 2 unstamped pages and a visa (if applicable).
- Travel dates are subject to availability and weather conditions. The recommended date for the prize is March 2010. Travel dates exclude Christmas, New Year and Bank Holiday periods and once booked cannot be amended. Prize is to be redeemed on or before the end of March 2010.
- Closing date for entries is midnight on 20th December 2009. Winners will be notified by phone or email within 14 days of the closing date.
- If the prize is not claimed by 22nd January 2010, an alternative winner may be selected.
- The winner will be selected at random from all the correct entries.
- Multiple entries will be counted as one.
- Entry into this competition is via this on-line entry only. We will not accept entries via post or telephone.
