Set in and around the Manchester ‘scene’, the groundbreaking Queer as Folk drama follows the lives and loves of three young gay men – Stuart (Aidan Gillen), Vince (Craig Kelly), and Nathan (Charlie Hunnam).

Although uncompromising in the honesty of its portrayal of gay life, the show prides itself on its focus on the characters themselves, rather than any ‘issues’ that the storylines might raise.

The series is written by Russell T. Davis, and directed by Charles McDougal.
