You Are What You Eat
Another Christmas has drawn to an end, and most of us are feeling the strain after weeks of festive indulgence. Good intentions have gone out the window as we have all indulged in a little of what we fancy, a little too often.

That’s all about to stop as straight-talking holistic nutritionist Gillian McKeith calls a halt to the festive cheer in a You Are What You Eat special, naming and shaming her very own ‘dirty dozen’ in a run down of her top twelve toxins.

In among the twelve terrors are such McKeith pet peeves as smoking, processed meat, excessive alcohol, added sugar, bad fats, fizzy drinks and caffeine. Taking her now notorious tough-love approach, Gillian doesn't pull any punches as she uses a combination of shocking facts and statistics and gruesomely graphic props to knock home the terrible truth about the twelve toxins that most of us consume on a daily basis.
