Feeling betrayed, Wilhelmina starts flexing her muscle to discover the reasons why the cold front is thawing between the Meade boys, er boy and girl. With a blizzard closing in on the city, friendships are forged, fought-over and broken.
Bradford gets Daniel to hire New York's best lawyer, Grace Chin. Unfortunately he stood her up at New Year's back in College, but the ugly duckling of 1995 has turned into an uber-babe, and Daniel has to do a lot of grovelling to get her to take the case on. Which is fine because The Chin loves remorse.
Downstairs Marc is trying to make friends with Christina over creating an Oscar dress for Sarah Jessica Parker, whilst Wilhelmina takes Alexis out on a girl's night out to the Opera, which gets sidetracked by a bar.
Further underground, Hilda's attempts to get Santos and Justin to bond over a Broadway show seem founder when the subway breaks, and Betty finally takes Amanda's advice and tries to crush
Charlie's spirit on the way to a
Stella McCartney party.
