Wednesday 16 April

Had a great day before Adee gave it the big I am. Thinks because I'm gay that I can't look after myself. Well let me tell you all something. I don't just hit back with a handbag, I hit with my fist and if he thinks I'm scared of him, well let him think again because I don't let nobody talk to me like s**t, apart from that t****r, had a good day. It was Sab's birthday. She had a fab day. Hope she enjoyed it what a day!


Thursday 10 April
Last day, had a good week. Sad it's going to be one week left, don't want it to finish. None of us do, back to reality - big wide world.

Paul cut a piece out of my hair - now I look bald. Got my little pony, have to glitzie her up for the company.

Thursday 3 April

Was supposed to have a team meeting at 9.30 but didn't. Adee was not in so had to share his clients. Had a glitzie day, lots of presents sent in by people. Thank you very much I will love them forever.

Boy George in today, he is a friend of mine. Sabrina is going to do his nails and make them all glittery.

We are all going to Taboo tonight to see the show. Can't wait. The we're all going to Sketch, the new place to be so they say.

Going down to see mum and dad for the weekend. Can't wait. Dad very ill, all blown up. Need to spend some quality time with him. He didn't look well, God bless him. Gave him a big kiss and told him that I love him. Hope I have made him proud (know I have). Had a great time down home, I love my family to bits.

Alone in my flat, really wanted to cry when I saw Dad but had to be strong for him and my Mum. Hope there's a miracle out there for him.

Wednesday 2 April

Start at 12. AJ’s birthday today – happy birthday. Doing the late night. Did Julie Goodyear’s hair today. She was camp. What a woman. Fun and fierce, not to forget glitzie (Bet Lynch).

Did some fab cuts tonight. Had Gina G in – did her hair, what a difference. Got a date with a cute boy. Going for a drink with him after the show. Feel tired – not had much sleep. Catch up at the weekend.


Tuesday 1 April

Had a great day at work. Quite steady but had a bad hangover. Only had 3 hours sleep. Going to the Bachelors Ball tonight with the team. Had a glitzie day at work – fab customers in.

What a night – p***** again. The ball was glitzie, the men were ugly apart from 3 but going on to another club. Good night my fans. Love to you all. xxx


Monday 31 March

Not feeling too well. Keep getting pain across my chest. Threw up this morning on the way to work, with someone in the car. Not eating properly – must be coming down with something.

Went into work this morning. What a shock. Ricardo handed in his notice, felt sorry for him but it was his choice. Good luck for the future in what he does. Life goes on we will all be leaving soon – 2 weeks left. Adee phoned in sick, meant we were two stylists down so had to change all the appointments.


Sunday 30 March

Had to be in work for 9:30 for team meeting. Picked Sonja up – had a good chat. Left at 8:45 – can get to work quicker, no traffic. Arrived at work and was told that there was no team meeting till later on as Paul would not be in till 12…

Had a wonderful Client in today named Tracy. She looked fierce. She brought me 2 presents. Thank you Tracey, they were lovely and very thoughtful. Next customer was Jade Goody from the Big Brother house. She was camp, had to cut her hair. Dyed her mum’s hair red. Jackie Goody was fabulous – very camp and loud.

Sabrina didn’t seem her self today. I hope she is alright.

Mel looked fierce. Love them both not forgetting Suzanne the alcoholic – joke!

It’s Mother’s Day – people’s mums were in. My mum was asked but she couldn’t make it due to the fact that my dad is terminally ill with a bad heart disease – god bless him. Love them both more than life itself.

Adee decided to shove hairspray in my face so I told him he was a f****** idiot, but that was my reaction. We both got told off by Paul. Oh well I was wrong for swearing in front of people’s mothers but after I did apologise to them and they were fine they said. All the Mothers thanked me for looking after their daughters Sonja and Mel. Johnny’s dad thanked me for looking after him.

It’s going to be sad when we all leave. I know it’s a TV show but I think of it as work. Just going in and doing my job as a hairdresser and just being my self xxx. Good night everybody xxx Fierce day!

Scary day! Can't wait to get it over. Do feel confident about myself. Got great feedback from Beverley, Paul and the Quack (joke). They said very confident and I was really pleased with everything.


Wednesday 26 March

Had a great day. Started late cos doing the late show later.

Thank f*** had some great clients today all wanting completely different looks. Sick of people wanting long, straight, choppy looks. Best day I've had so far.

Late night, great clients again. Had to do afro hair, coloured it red and cut it all choppy. Sophie was scared as she'd never had a camp white man do her hair before. She looked fierce. I loved everything about her.

Wait for it, someone fancied me. His name was Jason and quite cute but still got the hots for Lee, only joking, you're too old for me!


Monday 24 March

Sonja came to my house this morning and drove her into work. Trying to help her save money. Had a good chat to her on the way to work. She needs cheering up! She said she feels better.

What a day. Cleaned all morning - the rep room and Staff room. What a s*** hole. Makes me wonder how people live at home.

Had some fab Clients in today. One man was very sexy – a model aged 36. Married though – s***.

Sab was in, I love her big time. Mel too – actually I love them all. Sonja did myself as partying tonight at Heaven. She needs to let her hair down.

Paul had a pedicure today - nasty feet – joke! Jonny had some colour done by his new girlfriend – Mel. Hello Glitzie.

Ms Kimberly was in today – a drag queen. Looking fierce girl – she camp and fab.

Sonja seemed to change today, getting back to her old self. Much better. Don’t like to see people upset or depressed. You’re a long time dead and there are too many people out there that want to see you hit rock bottom.

Coloured Adee’s hair at the back as it was yellow. He’s a funny nice person – love him too.

Suzanne camp and Vass, well he’s just Vass – fabulous. AJ was busy today – didn’t see much of him.

Carina fab girlee. She is scared of clowns so Paul got her a clown in as a model. Don’t think she liked it – maybe she got over her phobia.

Sunday 23 March

Lips look great – thank f***. Woke up this morning thinking it was Monday – silly b******. Off to The Salon, what have we got to do today? Did some great hairstyles and colour. Had, or should I say met, some glitzie people.

Wait for it, Mel and Jonny are an item. Yep, they got together on Thursday night. Cute don’t you think. Missed Sabrina today but will see her tomorrow. Mel told me that Jonny took her for a meal on Saturday. I aid where, she said to a burger place. Well I crack up. Thought it was so funny. I love her to bits. She is fab. Have to go now as I am hungry and need to eat. Ciao – love to you all.

Back again. Carina had me in stitches today – she camp. Mel put make up on me. I looked like a drag queen. Ricardo came in about 3pm. Was told that the public have to decide if they want him to stay. I just have to wait and see what they say. Don’t think he should go – that’s my vote. Keep him in.

Don't have to start work until 3pm. Been asked if I could come in at 2pm as I have to colour Carina's hair for the shoot.

Usually start at 3pm because I do the late show, the Salon After Hours. Glitzie. Camp. Love doing that show, you can be yourself and the Producer is very sexy!

Did Carina's hair, coloured it. It looks fab. That's all I done all day, just helped out until we started the late show.

My friend Tracy was due in at 7.30pm. In she came and she was p****d, never seen her like that in all the time I've known her. Started consultation with her and she was being a right p**t, not funny or camp, just a complete a******e. If she was a man I would have pushed her right out of the chair.

Anyway, apart from that I had my lips done. It didn't hurt like I thought it would, the lady that done them said that they would swell in the morning. Can't wait to see that.

18 March 2003

Bad hangover. Had a steady day. Lots of colour, worked really well with Mel. She's fab. The day went quick. Was told that I am having my lips done on Wednesday night. Can't wait.

The Salon Staff are all really lovely but it's only the second day - let's see what happens in a few weeks, if I still feel the same.

The lights went down during the day for about half an hour. That was funny but we still had to work. Felt like s**t at the end of the day. Need to sleep. Goodnight x

First day on The Salon full time (glitzie). Been told we have to write a diary.

Met all the staff before, apart from AJ who is the new Beauty Junior (he's great). Did some great colour work and hair styles today, feel as if I get on with everybody. Was told that we have a photo shoot tonight so that we can be put on the credits.

Discussed wages with Paul. Wages ok but can earn more money at my own job. Also been told that I have to do Carina's hair (colour) for a photo shoot on Thursday with Anthony Mascolo.

Not to forget learnt about 1st aid - very interesting.

The photo shoot. Felt a right idiot. Had to pull faces at the cameras. It was camp girl! In and out in 5 mins then off I go to Heaven. Got really p****d - loads of sexy men hanging around me. Fab!
