Thank you Endemol and all the people who voted for me. Thank you Brad Davies for making me appreciate life. This show has been my dream come true. Paul has made this show work. He is the governor. Thank you all the team.

Wednesday 9 April

I feel as if now Ricardo has gone people want me and Paul to fall out because it’s getting boring. What happened last Wednesday was something I found to be not worth causing a scene about. Wednesday’s Producers said it was fantastic then the others said it was disgraceful. Paul did not make that decision. It was upstairs so when Paul said he was in charge that is not true. They are still making the decisions but I do understand that it makes good TV.

I have enjoyed this show and would like to thank everybody involved. I think I have contributed a lot for this show. I have done good hair always had an opinion which makes good TV. Sorry if I have offended anybody but that is me and this show is about “Reality TV”.

Apart from all that I have worked with some really nice people. Clients all this week have been great. I judged a hairdressing event in which they gave me £500 to Bradley’s charity. That is the sort of thing I would like to hear more often. Brad has been great for my head. He has given me a more important reason for continuing this show. Before they were selfish.

I do miss Ricardo in ways. He made the show fun even though I agree with Paul in ways there is a line. I think I have passed that line myself in ways but I can’t stand people that sit on the fence. That’s boring. That’s why I miss Ricardo. He made this show fun. I guess if I had been all nice it could have been boring for me and the viewers. That’s all folks. Adee


Personal statement from Adee regarding comments made in his diary about his Salon.

Strangeways is currently thriving. Comments were of a personal nature, referring to the drop in salary accepted in order to participate in The Salon, and in no way refer to the financial status of Strangeways. Contemplating any decision to continue or terminate employment at The Salon would involve many factors of which the business is of course one. My main concern for Strangeways in my absence is any harm that might be caused by not having one of the key members of the team there.

Thought about my job here. Feel as if my time here is no longer beneficial to The Salon. Can’t afford to be here – losing money every week. I would like to stay. I have had a great time here. Thank you so much for giving me this job. It has been fantastic. Everybody is truly nice and will miss most of them. Ricardo is a good man. He needs a break in the sun. Thank you all.

Getting a little bit p***** off with the whole drama with Ricardo thing. My business is suffering. I have problems with my business. Can’t afford to stay here any more. I’m sorry.


Monday 22 March

I find it very hard to do my diary because coming to work at The Salon now is just like going to my own salon. I am really chuffed with the new staff. AJ is wicked, Jonathan is a very down to earth guy and John, well what a funny b******. Sorry but that’s all.


Sunday 23 March

Great day. Had a very interesting lady in. She was a bodybuilder. Very sexy – had a great chat and flirted loads. It was also nice to win Employee of the Week for the first time.


Tuesday 18 Feb

Last couple of days have been a bit funny, all this Manager thing stressed me a little bit and I'm not sure. But anyway, at the end of the day, I've just got to get on with it and do my stuff and not worry about it. I went in there as a Stylist and I'll leave there as a Stylist so it doesn't make any difference really. I'm sure whoever does it for the week, I'll give them a hand if they want and help them out.

Haircuts have been going cool, did a wicked Hair Show last night and about 500 people turned up to see it. Did some really nice work - superb. Thanks very much, speak to you later.


Wednesday 12 Feb

It’s 5 o’clock. I’ve just had the most awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome Client in. She was size 6, 32E - lovely girl. Had a boyfriend though. Absolutely incredible buzz. I’d like to thank everyone at Channel 4 and Endemol for setting that buzz up. Those thoughts will be in my mind for at least a month. Any girls out there that look like that, I insist that you get on the buzz and let me cut your hair. That was awesome. Any hairdressers out there that thought what I just did then was unprofessional – tough!

Doing some mad haircuts. It is entertaining and people want to see it. Trust me, go with me on this on. Just show 30 seconds of the show.

Everything is cool. Me and Paul are getting on quite cool and rest of the team getting on very cool. Found out today that one person is going to win £3,000 at the end of the week. That is very, very interesting. I think you might see people changing slightly, working slightly harder. I think it’s a good thing…it’s a strange one. I ain’t gonna change the way I’m working or feeling or acting. The public will vote for everyone they think and whoever wins, I hope they enjoy it and have a blinder with it. Everyone in there could do with it and everyone deserves it and fantastic.

What else? Basically enjoying it. I hope people out there keep watching. Keep sending those emails, don’t get to read all of them, but keep supporting me and I’m enjoying this little buzz so let’s keep it going. Speak to you later, bye.

Had the most amazing experience of 30 years and 3 months of life. I've seen the most awesome, awesome, awesome pair of boobs. Forget the rest of the day. Did a wicked makeover but those boobs were absolutely incredible. Any girls out there on the website that have boobs like that please, please, please contact me. I'd love to do your hair. They were awesome, awesome, awesome.


Wednesday 22 Jan

Had some wicked clients in, couple of mad haircuts. Couple of people p***** me off yesteday, yes it has started. People are starting to irritate me but at the end of the day I'm probably irritating them as well so fantastic.

Had a mad night last night. I know it's nothing to do with work but it was a crazy, crazy, crazy night. A load of gay guys in Old Compton St attacked me. They didn't really attack me, they were messing around. They called me a thug and ran after me. It was quite funny it was quite cool. I don't mind all that lark.

As far as work is concerned I'm really looking forward to Thursday. Gonna start really going for it with my hairdressing. Two weeks in so I'm going to really start going for it - push the boat out. See you - bye.


Sunday 19 Jan

Sorry to bore you but I'm getting on with everyone and if I wasn't getting on with everyone I'd tell you. I come in here not to niggle and griggle but just to get on with my job and do my stuff. Basically that's it.

Did some great hair cuts. Good day, blew through it. Fantastic just working on the concept for the show which is my priority, not about bitching about the stylists. Not interested - that bores me.

Read a few comments in a journal about some stylists. At the end of the day I've got into this industry not to pull my trousers up around my neck, not to dress the way other hairdressers want me to dress. That's just my style and the way I express myself.

Rules are there to be broken and it's TV and if we're all going into work and saying yes Paul, thank you Paul and being goody goodies, then it would be a boring TV show. So if they think they can do any better, why don't they have a go at it?

For all those criticising, when we are one week into the show, who can't get behind us for a couple of weeks, it's just typical of the industry.
Negativity, people who want to see things done the same old way. I don't care what other poeople think and especially what other hairdressers think. I'll get respect from the people that matter.

I'm not upset, just surprised that people don't give it a chance. If you haven't got anything decent or positive to say, don't say it at all.

One of the assistants has got to go. I love my little Brummie girl. I'd be gutted about her going as she's got a lot of style and class and I actually get on with her. I don't know what's going to happen. If she stays I'll be happy, if Carina stays I'll be very happy. Vass has got to stay cos he's a winner. I love him.

Tip of the day: Don't get yourself into reality TV shows cos you have to vote people out and it's a nightmare. Bye.
