Before Shipwrecked
What attracted you to spend five months on a desert island?
Who wouldn't want to go and live in the middle of no-where for whatever period of time, being fed, bronzed, away from the comforts of home, rent-free? I mainly want to meet some amazing people in the most surreal surroundings, learn to adapt to lots of different personalities and see if I can have the best time humanly possible.
What were you doing before you arrived on the Island?
I am full time student at Edinburgh uni doing Maths and Stats. Horrendous.
What did your friends and family think of you doing it?
Both my friends and family were very jealous by the fact that I was going to be Shipwrecked.
What do you think you will achieve by doing it?
I think it will help me further myself and due to lots of catastrophic arguments, and brawls, it will help me understand how to finally achieve World peace.
What's your longest period away from home prior to Shipwrecked?
I've lived away from home for pretty much 2 years now being at Uni. The only thing that is going to be really different is that I'm not going to be able to call anyone!
What did you think about having to spend so long away from home with complete strangers?
Absolutely fine. I could have thought of a lot of other worse things to have done. I essentially knew that there was going to be an averagely sane bunch of people there so mainly excited by the opportunity.
What's your worst habit?
Picking... Nose, nails, brains, etc...
What's your best feature?
My left ankle. It's unbelievable. I'd also like to think I'm quite 'nice', although nice is an insanely average word.
