The Tigers go all out to perform an initiation ceremony for Francesca, who despite some early teething problems, seems to have proved her worth as a fully-fledged Tiger. Carefully rehearsed moves, catchy lyrics and a well-drilled dance troupe makes for a very theatrical performance. Our Cheska is overwhelmed by her ceremony, especially when Chez and the other lads pick her up... It's petrifying!

Its new arrival Kim's last night on Sharks which coincides with the grand opening of the new Shark bar - The Crab Pit. Terri and Naomi host the proceedings as the Shark tribe go all out to impress the sports-mad new arrival with some interesting styles of drinking games, the biggest bonfire to date and a prize in the shape of a hockey stick. Kim feels that she has made her home on Sharks and the Tigers have a lot to live up to...

Will, Elisa and Joe sob through their letters to discover that they are very much missed back in England, and they have proud parents awaiting their return... However, it's all too much for the Shark tribe as one by one they go to pieces!

After the day's dramas of reading the letters from home, it's time to lighten the mood with a return appearance of the fabulous Tiger boy band... The Reef Shoes! The girls work themselves into a frenzy as the boys put on quite a show... But will their credentials be impressive enough to sway our new arrival towards their island?

With the Tigers still trailing behind, it becomes more important for them to win each new arrival. Elisa is MC this week, as Kim gives her verdict...
