Episodes - Week 7
Battle of the Islands
On Shark Island this week Lauren and Keris feel that since moving to Shark island Tom has made no effort to get to know them, choosing spending all his time with pal Danny. They take Tom aside to voice their concerns about his attitude towards them and Lauren explains she feels he has no time for her. Tom is angry that instead of coming to him to talk about their feelings, they have decided to wait and confront him in this way. When Keris asks why he makes no effort to get to know her he calls her a ‘blank canvas’.
Meanwhile, on Tiger Island, new arrivals Rowan, 26 and Essex boy Ricky are settling in well as the Tigers build a games room, which particularly impresses Poker playing Ricky. They both leave the island claiming they are already Tigers and that they will not be swayed by the Sharks.
Later in the week Tom decides to patch things up with Keris and offers a heartfelt apology. With the beach party approaching, Ricky is adamant he wants to become a Tiger, but having bonded with the Sharks over the last few days, Rowan is torn between the islands. When it comes to decision time Ricky gets his way and the boys choose to live on Tigers. As the Sharks suspected, The Tigers make Ricky an official Tiger and Rowan is sent home.

The Third Island
As he lands on the secret third island, 26 year old Rowan Bailey is relieved that his Shipwrecked experience has not come to an end. After hearing about the lack of luxuries and the survival aspects of his new home, Rowan decides it is “the real shipwrecked”, the best island of all three. He gets stuck in with the hunting, fishing and building and immediately hits it off with original Hawk and survival expert Nick.
The Hawks are equally as excited to have Rowan join their tribe. His enthusiasm for life on the third island has bolstered camaraderie between the Hawks and spirits are sky high. So much so, that a normally quite reserved James is persuaded to do a pole dance after dinner!
