The Lab    -   The Experts -   Who Made Shattered?

Shattered is set in a Grade I listed building called Tobacco Dock in London's Docklands. The 12 participants will be living for seven days in a specially constructed Living Space. The quarters consist of a living and dining area, a medical room and an endurance task room. Plus there's a relaxation room and a bathroom, as well as the live studio.

Also on site will be a special bedroom for the show's host Dermot O'Leary. Dermot will be on site for the whole week with the contestants, although he will be able to sneak off for a good night's kip!

All the Lab furniture is bright and comfy, with lots of brilliant colours and squashy contours - and you'll be interested to know there's not a sharp corner or implement in sight!

Health and safety is a key issue. The whole Living Space has been risk assessed to ensure the safety of the participants, and even the water temperatures will be monitored at all times.

There are lots of cameras around the Living Space, and two way mirrors so the participants can be viewed 24/7 to make sure they're not sneaking off for a bit of shut eye.
