Much to her family's amusement, youngest Gallagher Debbie has been stealing. Less amusingly, it's a baby she has stolen from a party on the Chatsworth Estate.

The Gallagher family, along with neighbours Kev and Veronica, hatch a plan to return the baby to its parents, only to discover Frank has already spread word that a pervert must have stolen the child.

Frank starts a local vigilante mob to track down the baby snatcher while his family work on returning the baby.

The baby is returned and Debbie ultimately hailed a hero, but not before Karen Jackson seduces Frank amid all the excitement...
