Mark (27) and Katie (24) have been together for ten years. The childhood sweethearts met when Katie was just 14 and Mark was 18; he is the only man Katie has ever slept with. Now, ten years on with two children, Katie has lost interest in sex and Mark's frustration is leading to so much tension within the relationship that both fear they might split up.
Mark feels he has missed out on sexual experiences, as he met Katie so young. Sex, when it does happen, is short and unspectacular - in his haste to seize the moment, Mark rarely bothers with much foreplay. Keeping sex fresh and exciting within a long-term relationship is always a challenge. As Mark and Katie are only in their mid-twenties with a lifetime ahead of them, it is vital that they resolve their problems.
