New level of luxury at Pine Cliffs Resort

Pine Cliffs Residence
The new Residence which launches this month is situated in a self-contained development overlooking the resort’s namesake pine forest and meandering golf course. The apartments boast a modern interior design with flat screen TVs, Luxury Collection signature beds with sumptuous goose feather pillows and luxurious marble bathrooms.
Pine Cliffs Residence guests can enjoy the same high level of service as guests at the five star Sheraton Algarve Hotel, including room service, porter service, 24 hour security and reception, as well as a car rental service and transfers to and from the airport. Two bedroom apartments are available for rent from €640 per night, and three bedroom from €820.
This includes access to Casa Pine Cliffs – a new facility with its own reception, fully equipped gym, mini market, outdoor swimming pool and Mediterranean restaurant with a large terrace and dining pods situated on islands adjacent to the pool with views over the golf course.
Purchase
If guests like what they see they will have the opportunity to purchase an apartment, available from €695,000 for a two bedroom and €980,000 for a three bedroom. Owners are entitled to 12 weeks private usage of the apartments, two of which are in the peak summer period of July and August. The apartments are rented out for the remainder of the year and owners receive their share of the rental pool. UIP (United Investments Portugal) freehold ownership guarantees a 5% per annum return on investment in the first three years, with sustainable capital growth and resale potential at any time.
