Summer Read 2008!
From Wednesday 25th June Richard & Judy will be reviewing a book a week in this year’s Summer Read. Each week a holidaying celebrity will be summing up the book for us followed by a discussion with Richard & Judy and two celebrity reviewers in studio.

From Arnold Schwarzenegger to Madonna and Britney, it’s a difficult choice but over the next ten weeks, Richard & Judy viewers will vote online for their top ten interviewees from a list of thirty to compile their ultimate sofa of superstars.

The Food Doctor, Ian Marber faces his toughest challenge yet to help our viewers lose weight. This time Ian’s subjects are 5 overweight men who Ian will guide to not only lose weight but rebuild their body confidence and improve their health.
Teenage Cooks
Five teenage cooks go through a five week course with celebrity chef Sophie Grigson covering the basics ranging from how to boil and egg to making meat balls and tomato sauce.
