JAMIE’S DVD SERVES UP A SECOND COURSE – EXPLETIVES FREE!

Jamie Oliver's Feed Me Better' campaign is moving to a new level following the launch of Jamie's School Dinners on DVD on June 13.

Along with side-kick dinner lady Nora, Jamie was seen battling to revolutionise dinners at a school in Greenwich.

We’ve got 4 signed copies of the series that sparked a national debate about the food we feed children.

With never before seen deleted scenes, the DVD has been produced to further educate the nation's kids and adults about how to eat more healthily.

The DVD also includes an audio track with Jamie's infamous expletives deleted so that parents, kids, teachers and dinner ladies alike can use the TV series and educational tool.

And parents will be able to follow Jamie's tips on how to get youngsters to try something new.

The exclusive extras in the Jamie's School Dinners DVD include:

• Feed Me Better campaign elements (including a seasonal fruit and vegetable calendar), a letter from Jamie, core values for school dinners, things to do in the classroom, a food diary and a sample recipe for the kitchen.
• Jamie's top-tips for getting kids to try something new.
• Never-before-seen deleted scenes, including Jamie and Nora at Harvey Nicks.
• Schools are encouraged to use the DVD as part of the home economics and biology curriculum.
• Jamie gives advice on how to bring the issue alive in the classroom in the DVD extra footage.

Around 5 million viewers tuned into each episode of the series. But, Jamie and his team say with the UK population above 60 million there's still a lot of work to be done.

To keep the battle going, the DVD will provide endless opportunities for a wider audience to be educated on the dangers of low quality foods.

Producers hope the DVD will also encourage other dinner ladies to follow in the revolutionising footsteps of Nora and revamp both school menus and attitudes.

Mathematics, Science and History will help children find a career, however this DVD will ensure they live long enough to be given that opportunity. They will only believe it when they see it.

What was name of Jamie's sidekick dinner lady?
