The Food Doctor, Ian Marber meets the guys after their first week on the diet and is impressed to see that they have lost 2½ stone between them. So it’s time to hit the ground running and start exercising! Ian explains the importance of exercise and checks their fitness on a country bike ride. When they return it’s time for the Boot Camp Diet weigh-in. Ian sets a target of weight loss of 5bls for Tom for the following week. If he’s successful – ALL of the group get a treat. If he fails – they’re all punished.
As a final incentive to keep going they’re all treated to a massage, facial, manicure, pedicure and a dip in the Jacuzzi at a famous London spa. But for Tom the pressure is now on…
