Victoria Coren writes a weekly topical column for The Observer and a poker column for The Guardian. She has also written two books, and a stage play which she also re-adapted for screening on BBC2. She presents Balderdash And Piffle, a documentary about the English language, on BBC2. She has been playing poker for twelve years, and was the first woman to win an event on the European Poker Tour. Her poker tournament winnings to date exceed $1,500,000.
