'Pilot Shows' never making it onto our screens. Under the cover of this industry
practice, E4 set up a bogus TV company duping celebrities and members of the
public into auditioning for and filming ridiculous television programme ideas. The
results of months of secret filming are brought to you in The Pilot Show, a
new comedy from E4.

part in Lapdance Island, a fake TV show we made
up to promote The Pilot Show. OK it was a cheap
shot. If you applied we are sorry to say there are
no lapdancers and there is no island. Gutted?
