Peep Show
the divine sophie
Episode Six
The death of Jez's Uncle Ray triggers a series of medical and emotional crises for the hapless duo.

Initially everything is peachy as Ray's passing gives Jez an opening to try and get a sympathy fuck from Toni, and Mark invites Sophie to the funeral on the date, which quickly turns into plans for weekend in the country.

The best laid plans soon go awry as first Jez discovers he may have inherited Boden Georgeson's Syndrome from his Uncle, then Mark worries his abnormal testicles will put Sophie off him.

daddy's gone
Things come to a head during an evening of Risk and The Good Life in the country, which ends in bitter recriminations, an overdose and a trip in an ambulance, although Jez does manage to get a hand job out of the situation, so it’s not all bad news.

Key Quotes:
"First fuck is damage limitation; in, out, as much pleasure as I can give her, apologise and move on." Mark
"I can’t believe she's be so heartless to somebody who says they’re as upset as I am... maybe I am as upset as I say I am but it’s coming out wrong?” Jez
"If I was dying and I wasn’t particularly into Enya before, but that now I really really was into Enya and I thought Enya was great, and that Enya died for our sins, and I wanted an Enya-themed funeral with pictures of enya and lots and lots of pictures of Enya, then I’d think it a bit bloody rich for my sister to ban all mentions of Enya – yeah?" Jez
