Living with his old university pal Jez, in the dilapidated Apollo House, he faces one soul destroying defeat after another, very much like his spiritual guru General Paulus.
His sole reason for not throwing himself off a cliff is the love of his life, work colleague Sophie. He immediately fucks it up when he's inspired to send her some 'Nazi Love' on a post-it. One disaster follows another as Mark clings onto this one beacon of hope in his otherwise crap life, but will true love really win out?
