Big Dave
Big Dave grew up in Eastern Massachusetts and has been a personal trainer in New York for four years. He first got into the whole fitness thing when he started lifting weights. Since then he's never looked back.
Dave’s got qualifications from the National Academy of Sport Medicine, the National Strength and Conditioning Academy, IFA fitness and IFA nutrition.
He’s also a published author – writing for American newspapers about celebrity fitness and weight-loss – and has rubbed shoulders with the likes of Claire Danes and Naomi Campbell!
Big Dave loves animals and when he’s not training or putting celebrities and the like through their paces you'll find him down at the local zoo visiting one of his old pets – a 15 foot python!
Big Dave also likes to play the guitar. His favourite guitarist? Zack Wylde who plays for Ozzy Osbourne! - Who would have thought that our mild mannered Dave was actually a rocker!
