Nip/Tuck
Meet Nip/Tuck's talented principle actors:

Nip/Tuck: Julian McMahon
JULIAN McMAHON
(Dr Christian Troy)

Julian McMahon plays thrill-seeking surgeon Dr Christian Troy, a man who enjoys all the perks of his job and whose professional judgement is, to say the least, questionable.

Born in Sydney Australia in July 1968, Julian McMahon studied law and began a career in modeling before moving to acting.

He appeared in Home & Away before relocating to the US where he played the tortured demon Cole Turner in Charmed, guest starred on Will & Grace, and took the lead role in the award-winning drama Profiler.

Nip/Tuck: Dylan Walsh

DYLAN WALSH
(Dr Sean McNamara)

Dylan Walsh plays Christian’s best friend Dr Sean McNamara, a family man disillusioned with the unseemly aspects of his profession.

Born in Los Angeles in November 1963, Dylan Walsh spent the first ten years of his life in Africa, India and Indonesia, due to his parents’ work.

In 2001, Walsh starred in We Were Soldiers, opposite Mel Gibson, in which he played a young captain in Vietnam. He also appeared in the action-adventure film Congo.

Nip/Tuck: Joely Richardson
JOELY RICHARDSON
(Julia McNamara)

Joely Richardson plays Sean's unfulfilled wife, Julia McNamara, a mother of two who is considering divorce and a return to medical school.

Born in London in January 1965, Joely Richardson made her US television debut in Nip/Tuck. After training at the RADA, she went worked in the Royal Shakespeare Company, the Old Vic, fringe theatre and the West End.

Joely's film credits include Peter Greenaway's Drowning by Numbers and The Patriot.

Series regulars also include John Hensley (Matt McNamara), Kelsey Lynn Batelaan (Annie McNamara), and Valerie Cruz (Dr Grace Santiago).
