After all work and no play, the models are chuffed to be invited to a special party organized by Jo Elvin and Dylan Jones. After being primped and pampered by the stylists on hand, the gang is ready to mingle with the guests - a carefully selected group of people from the media. Duwaine is collared by Christine Hamilton who tries to persuade him to pole dance for her.  Fortunately for him, there are no poles! One face is missing from the party. Matt has been at a photo shoot and decided to stick around with his new buddies. His day has been spent kissing a female model, and he doesn't seem to want it to end.
Finally, Nathan gets inside a skirt - but sadly for him, he's wearing it! In a shoot for an alternative magazine he is given the chance to show off his feminine side (along with a bit of flesh.)
A special treat comes in the form of a party for Matt's birthday. The flatmates are chuffed to see their families and friends, and the flat becomes a flurry of hugs and kisses. Matt's mum is left waiting, as the birthday boy has disappeared to sort things out with his girlfriend.
But more tears are in store, Gemma and Kim call a meeting to discuss the models progress. Unhappy with Deborah, they ask her to leave. As she speeds off back to Ireland, the remaining models are left to speculate about her replacement.
