Reynholm industries; a company full of sexy people not doing a lot of work, except for the new IT Manager Jen who has her work cut out for her. After being shown the sights and sounds of an office in the sky, she is soon relegated to her new basement lair, complete with two under-appreciated, socially-challenged computer jocks to look after.
Or Roy and Moss and they are also known.

They're pretty unhappy with their new manager as she's clearly got as much IT experience as Roy's mum. So they hatch a plan to catch her out involving a slightly larger pair of glasses, but hit the motherload when they realise she's using her computer without it being plugged in and making phone calls on a phone that is yet to be properly installed. Game set and match they take their complaints straight to the top.

A quick trip Denholm and an inspiring speech about the A-team later and they are soon acting like a team, a great team, a fantastic team... Denham is all about teams, team, team, team, team! In fact he will fire any team that isn't acting like a real team.

After defusing a violent situation that involved Roy literally getting a shoeing from a disgruntled office worker, Jen soon realises they need to help each other to keep their jobs and hits on a plan of her own; A pad of paper and felt tip pen later a party is scheduled to launch the new team to the rest of the company. Although they have a chance to raise their profile, it doesn't take long for Moss to bring up a sordid story about his and Roy's trip to sex fuelled trip to Amsterdam, and Jen's first day as a relationship manager gets off to a flying start!
