The Dinner Party

After a hilarious supermarket-based accident Jen's finally found a normal boyfriend and decides to celebrate by inviting her single girlfriends to meet Peter's bachelor mates over dinner. However her best-laid plans go awry when Peter's friends drop out leaving space for three likely candidates to step into the breach.

Against her better judgement she invites Roy, Moss and Richmond into her 'special place' with strict injunctions to stick to normal conversation and not to embarrass her in any way; it's as if she doesn't know them!

On arrival Roy immediately 'bags' Paula, a model who was recently in a car accident, Richmond gets the annoyingly 'ironic' Jessica, leaving Moss in the clutches of the alcoholic and bitter Margaret, and Jen's dreams of a dinner party sophistication in tatters.

An abortive game of Pictionary later, the torture is complete when Richmond and Jessica start shagging in the toilet. At least she has her new, normal boyfriend to rely on and whisk her away on a mini-break to France. If only he wasn't called Peter File...
