Denholm is declaring war, a war on stress and anyone who is still suffering from stress at the end of the day, will be FIRED!

However whilst Denholm is giving speeches Jen starts a chain of events that put her new career in the balance, although on the upside she does get a new pair of glamorous shoes that are the envy of the office even if they are crippling her.

Meanwhile, Denholm is sealing a merger and rewards his new partner with some incredibly heavy Doc Martins. Let's hope the incredibly heavy shoes and Jen's incredibly damaged feet don't come into contact in the not too distant future.

Roy and Moss take a trip to see the "Stresspert" to get some handy tips on dealing with the disease; however the free buffet could be more of a deciding factor. After pushing the "Stresspert" to his limit, Roy manages to steal his stress monitoring machine to take back to the basement.

Which is just as well as Jen gets her feet stomped on by the new partner in his new shoes which leads to a tirade of abuse and an appointment with Denholm to get her stress levels measured. Any hope she has of passing the stress test and keeping her job are thrown into jeopardy after Moss manages to start a fire in the office.

If only his fire extinguisher hadn't gone up in flames, and if only he could remember the catchy new emergency services number he'd have the situation under control. With disaster looming they cunningly disguise the fire as a lovely screen saver just as Denham arrives. He's literally holding Jen's piece of mind in his hands - will she fail the test and lose her job, or will he be impressed by her new shoes and forget all about it?
