Those who watched the last series of Hollyoaks Later earlier this month were shocked to see Hannah fall for a mixed-up character called Jamie. We can now reveal that Jamie, played by newcomer Finn Jones, is all set to return to Hannah's life in the New Year.

We caught up with Finn to ask him a few questions that are sure to be on the lips of every Hollyoaks fan...

First of all, how does it feel knowing you're going to be a part of one of Britain's biggest soap operas?

It's pretty good! I'm chuffed about it. I'm looking forward to coming up to Liverpool and getting down to what I love doing.

When did you discover you'd be joining the main cast of Hollyoaks?

Around the time I was filming Hollyoaks Later – I think it was episode five. I think the Hollyoaks people wanted to develop the Jamie/Hannah storyline.

Can you give us any teasers as to what's going to happen to your character Jamie in the forthcoming months?

I haven't had any scripts through yet. I know about it as much anybody. I'm just as eager to know what's going on as much as you guys are. It's quite exciting because I'll to jump in there and hope for the best. I hope Jamie turns out good for Hannah's sake!

It's not a bad job when it involves kissing Emma Rigby (Hannah) is it?

I thoroughly enjoy it, as I'm sure any guy would!
