Nathalie Emmanuel in Teen Now magazine: Exclusive pictures!
Tuesday 4 August
Some of you may remember that way back in July (a whole month ago!) we promised you some exclusive behind-the-scenes pictures of Nathalie Emmanuel (Sasha) modelling some lovely fashions for Teen Now magazine. Well, here they are, with the added bonus of an interview with the lovely lady herself.
Have you ever wanted to be a model?
No. I think that there’s too much pressure to be “in” and all that and I’ve never really seen myself as model material to be honest. My mum, when I was about 14 sent my pictures in without telling me and I was really cross with her. I was like, “You could have told me!” But, I don’t know, it’s not really something that appeals to me ‘cause I’ve always been into performing arts, so that’s why mainly.
What kind of clothes will you be modelling today?
Five different looks, I think. We’ve got a glamorous fifties prom sort of style, we’ve got sort of like indie street, a rock chick and a kind of bohemian look as well.
Will you get to keep any?
We don’t usually. I mean sometimes if there’s something that you really like, the stylist can sort of arrange for you to buy it from the shoot, but I’ve never really been just given stuff from a shoot. They just really go back to where they came from, I think.
