This morning we've discussed stories at greater length to pin down characters and get to grips with who they are and what they're going to bring to the show. Some characters are in a new environment now - university - so we're discussing how they're going to react to that.

This afternoon we've got a meeting with Henry Swindell, who's one of the producers. We would normally have that meeting with the series producer Lucy Allan too, but she's not available today. The meeting is designed to talk through how we've structured the stories, how we're going to play out all the stories, and whether each story will be an A, B, C or D story. Basically, Henry's reviewing the board I mentioned on Thursday - you might say it's a board meeting! By the end of that meeting we'll have everything locked down and then it's just a case of going away and writing up the stories, which is the fun bit. It's nice to have it all boxed off, so you can have a relaxing enjoyable weekend. We've got the Friday feeling!
