Jaki: It's been a very quiet morning, but we did have one artist off today.

Becky: We've had to change the schedule, which will affect our call sheets for tomorrow so everything's up in the air at the moment.

J: Everything has a knock-on effect. We've had to cancel artists today and bring some extras in early. We also have amendments to do today.

B: We had to change the schedule last night because of artist sickness – Ricky Whittle (Calvin's) bog eye! To give him an extra day off we had to change the schedule and that had a knock-on effect.

J: You have to go down to make-up and adjust times.

B: It majorly effects with extras as well. We didn't think we could cancel the extras at one point, but fortunately the agent was quite understanding and did allow us to cut some of the extras down, but sometimes they don't and we still have to pay for the extras 100%. Other big news in production today was Holly Jay (Michaela's) breakfast - carrots and cucumbers!

J: We have to deal with artist's behaviour on a daily basis.

B: We have to keep them in line, smack them about a little to deal with their cheek!

J: When you're not too busy it's alright, but when they're bored and you're highly busy and they just want you to have a laugh with them, well...

B: Last night Jimmy McKenna (Jack) phoned putting on a fake accent and kept it going for about five minutes, but we love Jimmy so it was ok! We deal with all these kind of pranks all the time.
