Jaki: On Monday we have to make sure every time sheet and payment for the artist is in and has gone through to accounts. Aside from that today's been a bit quiet. There were two shoots on this morning and one shoot started at midday, so we've had three in total. But sometimes there can be five, sometimes there's six. The more shoots, the more work for me.

If someone calls in sick you can spend half the day chasing your tail! But this morning everything has been a-ok, apart from Ricky Whittle (Calvin's) dicky eye! That's messed up today's schedule a bit. We're shooting around it and there have been a couple of script amendments because of it, but he should be ok, although he has been sent home with his fat eye!

A Week In The Life continued...

The lovely ladies: Becky Pollock and Jaki Lucas AKA The Hollyoaks production secretaries.

Cause of controversy: Holly Jay (Michaela) tucks into some carrots and cucumber... for breakfast!

Sometimes the production secretaries have to keep Andy Moss (Rhys) in line with a bit of brute force!

The amount of phone calls that Becky and Jaki have to make on a Friday is so mammoth that Tony Hirst (Mike Barnes) occasionally pops round to lend a helping hand.
