Since her husband Jake's detainment in a psychiatric hospital the vibrant and eccentric Nancy has begun to re-emerge. A new job at The Loft has brought flirtation with new boy Ravi, however Nancy continues to struggle for custody of her late sisters son, Charlie.

Jessica was perhaps best known for her portrayal of Enid Nightshade in The Worst Witch before taking the part of Nancy.
