Mercedes is a feisty female who usually gets what she wants. After discovering that Rhys was cheating on her with his sister Beth, feisty Mercedes took a brief break from men. Returning to form it seems that she has now found a new target in Kris' brother Malachy Fisher.

Having previously had roles in Emmerdale and other TV dramas, Mercedes is Jennifer's first major part.
