Hannah Ashworthplayed by Emma Rigby
Hannah's had a turbulent couple of years, babysitting Grace when she died and falling for JP McQueen, only for him to admit he's gay. Her insecurities led her to suffering from anorexia with her friend Melissa, who subsequently died. Hannah is now finally on the long road to recovery, and has recently been voted Entertainments Officer at HCC.
Hannah’s relationship with Danny Valentine broke down after he cheated on her with Mercedes McQueen. She is now dating her best friend’s ex, geeky Elliot Bevan.
Before taking the role of Hannah, Emma had previously appeared in both Brookside and Born and Bred, as well as taking on various modelling jobs.
