Frankie has had a tough few months, dealing with son Jake's mental illness, losing son-in-law Max on his wedding day and now believing that her own husband Jack has died. Luckily she still has daughter Steph and foster son Newt to help her through.

Helen's been acting since she was 4, performing in theatre, films, and on TV - including 'Eastenders', 'The Bill', and 'Inspector Morse' among others.
