1. You will need to make sure your clip is one of these filetypes: .avi, .mov, .qt, .mpg, .mpeg, or .mpe and that its filesize is under 3Mb - any larger and it won't be accepted!
2. You will need to be logged in to the site to send a clip.
3. Write a short caption for your clip, so we know what it is about!
4. Use the 'Browse' button to locate the clip on your computer's hard drive and select it for upload.
5. Hit the 'Upload Clip' button to send us your video.
Remember, anything you send may be used on the show or published on the web site:
