The Thai Bride is an Asian-style ghost story set in the suffocating suburbs of London.
Thirty-year-old Panan arrives from Thailand to start her marriage with Gordon, a respectable middle-class English man, 20 years her senior.
However, settling into her new life proves harder than expected.
Confronted by a strange foreign culture and a language she hardly understands, Panan becomes increasingly alienated.
Left alone while Gordon works, Panan discovers there is another woman in the house.
Is it Panan imagining this sinister presence or is she unwelcome in her new home?
