"I totally wanted to fix up my health and to challenge myself. I've never attempted to keep fit or do any sports at all."
Lisa made her first recording with long-time South London friends So Solid Crew, becoming the group's main female. She went on to record her own album First Lady (Aug 2003), and won a MOBO award in 2003 in the Best Garage Act category. Lisa is trained in Latino ballroom, tap and modern dancing and practised gymnastics as a child.
