Paula Abdul
For the sixth episode of the new series, the boys were joined by 80’s pop star and American Idol Judge Paula Abdul. Paula said that being a judge is a dream come true for her, despite some of the strange people who audition for Idol. However, Alan thought it pertinent to give her some advice: "You can't polish a turd."
Paula found fame as a choreographer but all those years of dancing did not prepare her for the shambolic mess Justin and Alan call dancing. They introduced themselves as duo 'Hot Ass'- Justin being 'Hot' and Alan being 'Ass'. Paula felt physically sick when she saw the boys in their dance outfits and her verdict at the end was: Alan is "hot" and Justin is "shit".
On the Friday Night News this week we learnt that terrorist doctors are going down but tramps are going up. In particular one tramp in Bournemouth called Gordon who can tell you the exact time without a watch.
In anticipation of the final instalment of Harry Potter, Paula and the boys performed their own version; "Hairy Potter and the Philosopher's Bone". Watch the clip to see their non-child friendly antics.
On Who Knows the Most About the Guest Host, Alan was joined by Dancing on Ice judge Jason Gardiner and Justin was teamed up with Strictly Come Dancing judge Arlene Philips. We learnt that before finding fame, Paula worked as a cashier in a shoe shop and on her first day she was held up at gunpoint. Also surprisingly, Michael Bolton babysat her when she was 7.
The Coat of Cash wearing celebrity this week was Big Brother evictee Billi, who got a massive boo from the audience, and did not look happy. The audience was so vicious with him that they managed to rip the entire coat off his shoulders.
In Ask Me Anything, Paula talked about the craziness of working with the Jacksons and Michael’s chimp Bubbles. She also told the boys about how Prince asked her to work on an orgy scene but she didn't had sex. Also Paula bravely showed us one of her favourite party tricks.
On the Big Fun Gameshow this week, Paula picked the audience member who looked more bone idle than Pop Idol. She picked the ultra-thin Will, who went on to win a luxury 7-night stay for 2 in Gambia.
