Steven

34-year-old Steven has been in management since the age of 18, when he ran his own electronics store. He describes his style as no-nonsense, and dislikes poor punctuality and people who moan. He will be strict if he needs to be, and is prepared to play the Good Cop Bad Cop routine should it be required.

He owns and runs his own talent agency, and also dabbles in stand-up comedy.

He loves meeting new people and setting himself new challenges - and has a taste for languages too. As well as being fluent in German Steven is also learning Norwegian.
