Sophie

Sophie started cooking as a child and entered her first professional kitchen full-time at the age of 15. She later trained at Strode College, Somerset and gained an Advanced Chef Diploma from Butler's Wharf Chef School, London. Sophie has worked in top Mayfair restaurants including the Embassy and Greenhouse, and represented the UK in the Culinary Olympics, which took place in Germany in 2000. For the last two years she has been personal chef to supermodel Claudia Schiffer and her family. She has also appeared on TV - including programmes such as UK Good Food Live and GMTV with Phil Vickery.
