Sarah has a Diploma in Optimum Nutrition and is passionate about advocating healthy eating. She does not advocate fads in any way, shape or form.

As an eating coach, she provides personalised advice to suit each person's life. Many of her clients are females who want to lose weight but she is seeing more and more men who want help in changing their eating habits. The 32-year-old says being an Eating Coach and not a nutritionist encourages men to feel comfortable about getting help.

Sarah believes with her tried and tested techniques she can get results and make a difference in clients' lives. The half-Chinese Londoner is also a Master Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming and a practitioner in time-line therapy and hypnotherapy.
