Beckie vs Rav
Posted: Day 3 Week 4
This week Beckie and Rav are going head to head in the bid for the boudoir. Chairing the nomination meeting was Cliona, who has been an powerful and successful leader this week.
Beckie for leader
This is the first time that both Beckie and Rav have been nominated. Both said that they had now felt ready to become leaders as they had now been in Eden for a long enough period of time to know how things worked and also to have watched how other people have led.
Rav gave a nod to Cliona when he said that he’d been impressed with how she had given priority to the practical things, such as looking after the fire. He also said that he liked John’s idea of a roster for chores and would keep that one going. Mainly though, he wanted his dad to tune in and see him on Eden as leader. Rav’s dad doesn’t actually know that he’s on telly yet!
Beckie said that she would make sure that if the rains do set in again that they would be prepared. With new people joining Eden every week, she said it was important to stabilise the shelters and make sure that they were equipped to deal with any sort of unexpected weather that might come along over the following few weeks.
