After an exhaustive audition process Earl gets a dream team together of Frank, Scooby and Bob. Having changed the shower killing story into a message about conserving water to squeeze in the Warden's addition of a green message, things are good to go until Earl and Randy fall out over who is top dog.
Despite always being pretty much the leader since they were born, now Randy's got the power of strip searches, and compulsory naked volleyball at his fingers, and he ain't afraid of using them to get Earl out of the way.
Whilst Earl is dealing with his baby brother, Joy is struggling with her own baby issues as Ray Ray and Liberty’s over-protective rules are driving her crazy. Two weeks over her due date she’s desperate to get the baby out, but not as desperate as Frank to get out. He makes a break after Randy takes them for a celebratory ice cream on the way back from the school, and a furious Warden Hazelwood gives him and Earl 46 hours to bring him back, once they’ve figured out who’s really in charge…
Karmic Words of Wisdom
"I hate execution days! Especially if they die with a funny look on their face and you start giggling, and suddenly you're the jerk who started laughing at an execution." Warden Hazelwood
"Everyone, this is Fred. It's his first time in prison and he's a little nervous. He used to be a police officer and then he molested a little boy, so make him feel welcome!" Randy
"The only reason I haven't cut this baby out myself is because my Caesarean scar and my Prom scar would make a weird little Crucifix above my landing strip!" Joy
